MEET TRICIA
Tricia is a Level 4 qualified Aesthetic Therapist with a special interest in advanced skin treatments, facials, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures. She is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for, with treatments tailored to their individual skin concerns and goals.
Her approach is calm, friendly, and personalised. She takes the time to understand what each client wants to achieve and recommends treatments that support healthy, glowing skin in a natural and realistic way.
Tricia has extensive experience with Plasma Elite and Sterex electrolysis — two of the more specialist treatments we offer — and works closely within our GP-led clinical team to ensure every appointment is safe and well supported.
SKIN CONCERNS & LESION REMOVAL
We use advanced Sterex electrolysis — a more precise technique than standard CryoPen, suitable for a wider range of lesion types including thread veins, blood spots, and vascular lesions. We treat skin tags, thread veins, blood spots, age spots, warts, and verrucas (where suitable).

How to Book
- We run dedicated Procedures Clinic and Plasma Clinic sessions each week. Please mention which treatment you are enquiring about when getting in touch.
- New patient appointments include an initial consultation (~30 minutes additional). Please allow for this when planning your visit.
- A £50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This is deducted from your treatment cost on the day.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are fully refundable or transferable with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
- For cancellations within 72 hours, late arrivals that significantly reduce treatment time, or no-shows, the deposit is retained.

Can I get skin tag removal on the NHS?
In most cases, no. The NHS classifies skin tag and lesion removal as cosmetic treatment and does not routinely fund it. Private clinics like ours offer fast, accessible appointments without the need for a GP referral.
What is the difference between Sterex electrolysis and CryoPen?
CryoPen freezes the lesion using a controlled burst of cold. It is effective for simple skin tags but has limitations with vascular lesions such as thread veins and blood spots. Sterex advanced electrolysis uses a fine electrical current to precisely target and remove a wider range of lesion types — including thread veins, blood spots, and age spots — with greater accuracy and less risk of surrounding tissue damage.
Does lesion removal hurt?
Most clients describe a mild stinging or pricking sensation. Treatment is brief and most people find it very manageable. For larger or more complex lesions, a topical numbing agent can be discussed at consultation.
Could my skin tag be something more serious?
Skin tags are generally harmless, but if a lesion is changing rapidly, bleeding repeatedly, or looks unusual, it should be assessed by a medical professional before removal. As a GP-led clinic, we are well placed to advise you on suitability and can refer on if needed.
Does microneedling hurt?
A topical numbing cream is applied 20–30 minutes before treatment. Most clients describe the sensation as light pressure or mild vibration rather than pain. After treatment, the skin may feel similar to mild sunburn for 24–48 hours.
Why SkinPen rather than a cheaper microneedling device?
SkinPen is the world’s first CE-marked microneedling device, with published clinical trial data supporting its safety and efficacy. The precision of the device allows needle depth to be adjusted for each area of the face — not all microneedling devices offer this level of control or regulatory approval.
Is Plasma Elite the same as surgical eyelid surgery?
Plasma Elite is a non-surgical alternative to eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). It cannot replicate the results of surgery for significant excess skin, but for mild to moderate laxity it provides meaningful lifting and tightening with none of the risks, cost, or recovery associated with surgery. A consultation will confirm your suitability.
When will I see results from Plasma Elite, and how long do they last?
Some immediate tightening is visible straight after treatment. Results continue to develop over 8–12 weeks as new collagen forms, with peak results typically seen at 3–4 months. Results can last 2–5 years depending on age, skin condition, and aftercare.
Can I send a photo before booking?
Yes — and we encourage it. A clear photo helps us allocate the correct appointment type and time. Send your photo via our contact page or WhatsApp when enquiring. Please avoid sending photos of intimate areas.
